The HPLX Mailing list has a long history. The first mailings on the list were from 1996 -- so now over more than a decade ago.
A while back the original mailing list server and the archives had to move. After that move, the Web Archive of the mailing list was not brought back to the web. This had nothing to do with confidentiality -- more with the work involved to get the complete system backup running smoothlessly.
The goal still exists to bring these archives back to the web -- but when still depends on a couple of factors. One of the 2011 New Years "I want to do" items is to get them back -- let's see if and how I can stick to it.
